More Than Just A Will

An Advanced Medical Directive (also known as a Living Will)

Should be signed to set forth one's intentions in a situation where there is no reasonable hope of their recovery or regaining a meaningful quality of life. In addition, the appointment of a Healthcare Representative allows medical personnel to consult with your loved ones about your care.

A Will

Declares who shall inherit an individual's assets (the beneficiaries) and who shall be responsible for distributing them to such beneficiaries (the executor). A will also sets forth who will care for your children (the guardian) and who will administer the assets you leave to your children (the trustee).
